The website of the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) has an Environmental Impact Calculator which will help you answer these questions. You will find out the associated environmental impacts of the energy consumed by your office equipment in terms of:
1) kilograms of coal;
2) kilograms of carbon dioxide; and
3) equivalent emissions from car travel.

All you need to do is specify the number of computers, faxes, printers and photocopiers in your office and the calculator will do the rest
